Are you one of those who plans the upcoming week on a Sunday ?
I’m one of those who plans the week & month before hand.
- WORKOUT/EXERCISE (Strength & Yoga) : So that I don’t have to give myself any excuses about what to do ?
Not in the mood to do 🤷🏻♀️ kind of. excuses mostly ( most of us do that , don’t we ? )
- MEALS ( Balanced meals): Nutrition helps a lot in our day to day basis work routines. Eating something unhealthy / Junk when hungry or during hungry pranks , better to know what to eat than to feel guilt later.
- READING : Utilising the time I have, to read & study , which I enjoy most 😃
Right now I’m studying Bhagavadgita, Mahabharata (aadi Parva), Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Mandukya Upanishad & A Novel – Vamshavruksha by S L Byrappa
- YOGA CLASSES: Each & Every client is different. Giving them what is needed in a yoga session is very much important being a yoga trainer/teacher.
Knowing it , it’s easier to give an amazing yoga session.
- FINANCE (monthly & weekly): Monthly Expenses,bills & Savings are done at the end of the month. I bifurcate it on weekly basis in the month end , so that i know to save or spend the money I have in hand. 😊
And upon all these, A Hobby makes me happy- I take up 1 hobby I like to improve upon every year & work on it.
